Academy of Cheese Level 2 will launch this autumn
This September will see the launch of Academy of Cheese Level 2. The two day training course is available to those who have completed Level 1 and wish to continue their journey towards Master of Cheese.
Delve into nine distinct areas of cheese
From the cheesemaking process, maturing, affinage and grading to presentation, buying and distribution, Level 2 of the Academy of Cheese will enable you to progress your career in the industry and implement your new found knowledge in a range of settings. By the time you complete this course, you will have intimate working knowledge of more than 100 different cheeses.
When is it?
The first enrolment for Academy of Cheese Level 2 is for Thursday 26th and Friday 27th September 2019 (two day course), running from 09.30-17.00 both days.
We will also be delivering this course on the 13 & 14th of November.
Where will AoC Level 2 be taught?
This dynamic training course blends both classroom and home study. The two day training course element of AoC Level 2 will take place at The Guild of Fine Food’s London event space near Borough Market.
