The Watercress Company won the Carol Trewin Producer of the Year trophy and the Best New Product for its fresh British-grown wasabi.
Other category winners include Sharpham Partnership, Keen’s Cheddar, ice cream producer Marshfield Farm, Cornish Charcuterie, Mikes Smokehouse, Perry’s Cider and Black Cow Vodka.
Bath’s Blue Quails Deli was named Best South West Specialist Retailer while The Udder Farm Shop in Dorset won the farm shop category.
