Chapman’s unveils seafood tartlets
Chapman’s Seafoods has created a three-strong range of seafood tartlets that it plans to launch next month.
The new Mediterranean salmon tartlets (pictured) are “packed” with fish in a rich tomato sauce and topped with roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
The line-up also includes a salmon prawn & white wine variety as well as a smoked haddock Florentine tartlet topped with spinach and gruyére cheese.
The tartlets are supplied frozen in packs of 2 x 150g (£4.10) and have a 12-month shelf life.
The Grimsby-based company’s retail range also includes fish cakes, fish wellingtons, a luxury fish pie, fish bakes and coated fish.
