Guild Retail Cheese Training – London

A standalone one-day course for deli, food hall and farm shop owners, managers and key counter staff. You’ll learn how cheese is made, how it should be sold, and taste over 40 cheeses to enhance your product knowledge.

Requirements:  no previous experience required.

Timings: 09:30-17:00
