Free customer experience report for Guild Retail members


The Guild of Fine Food has partnered with Insight6 to offer all Guild Retailer members a free customer experience report worth £120.

The customer insight specialists, formerly known as Shopper Anonymous, will visit your shop once a year. Following their visit, you’ll be provided with a report detailing the customer journey and experience in your business.

You’ll be able to use this report to highlight potential areas for improvement, such as customer service and merchandising. Content from the report can also be used as a tool to inform customers how great your customer experience is from a reliable 3rd party.
