Rod & Ben’s hires MD to spur growth and new ranges

Rod & Ben’s has appointed a managing director as it prepares to branch out from its line-up of soups and pot meals with a range of dips and sauces.

Earlier this week, the Devon company’s founder Rod Hall announced that it has hired Tim Wigram for the new role.

A born and bred Devonian, Wigram will be responsible for growing and expanding the company, allowing Hall to concentrate on his farming operation.

The new MD has almost 20 years of experience working in the fresh food sector, including two stints in management at Cornish grower Southern England Farms.
