Seggiano introduces refillable range with two loose pasta shapes

Seggiano has launched two organic loose pastas to meet the growing demand for refillable products, while also addressing desire for gluten-free and ancient grains.
Joining the Italian specialist’s Unbelievably Gluten Free range, Cavatappi (pictured) is a hollow, spiral-shaped tube pasta shape made with rice and corn. The recipe was developed over the course of four years, culminating in an 18-hour drying process which preserves the pasta’s nutritional quality.
Meanwhile, Casarecce is a traditional short pasta, ideal for dishes where sauce needs a vehicle. This variety is made with indigenous Sicilian ancient grains and pure spring water from Mount Etna.
Neither pastas rely on the use of emulsifiers, binders or additives; they are organic and GMO-free.
RRP is£0.66per 100g.
