Speciality & Fine Food Fair gets a fresh new look for 2017
Exhibition organiser Fresh Montgomery has announced several changes for this year’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair.
Following exhibitor and visitor feedback, the annual three-day event will reduce in size and curate exhibitors, with only the best artisan and premium producers able to exhibit.
SFFF is also introducing a dedicated area called the Discovery Zone to showcase the most innovative products launching in the UK.
For 2017 The Speciality Chocolate Fair will merge into the main show with new tasting trails taking place alongside other improved visitor attractions.
Soraya Gadelrab, Exhibition Director, said: “Producers and buyers flock to Speciality & Fine Food Fair not just to do business, but to soak up its wonderful, vibrant atmosphere. It was important to us to retain all of those things that make it unique – whilst injecting a fresh energy to it. So in 2017, we have made a number of exciting changes with the aim to reinforce the specialist nature of the show, and enhance audience relevance and engagement.”
Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2017 will take place at Olympia, London, from September 3rd – 5th
