Now gently resting most of the time, our founders teed the whole thing up. Without them there would be no Fine Food Digest, no Great Taste, no World Cheese Awards, no training courses and no Guild shows.

With a huge amount of hard work and some damn good ideas over 40 years, their contribution is much more than to our organisation. It is to the entire fine food trade in the UK and beyond.
