Our unique and practical hands-on course will teach retailers of all levels how to run a successful cheese counter. This one day course is for independent deli owners and their teams who are involved in sourcing, buying and selling cheese.

Who will train you?

This course will be presented by two charismatic experts in their field, Patrick McGuigan and Emma Young, both regular judges at the World Cheese Awards.

Patrick is a food journalist and cheese writer who contributes to the Telegraph, the FT, delicious. magazine and The Food Programme. He is the author of The Philosophy of Cheese, has recently co-authored a second book, The Cheese Life , and regularly hosts talks and tastings.

Emma has worked in cheese retail, wholesale, cheesemaking and buying, giving her very well rounded cheese industry knowledge. She is the author of The Cheese Wheel.
