Union Coffee named ‘one to watch’ in Fast Track 100
Speciality coffee roaster Union has been recognised as a business with exceptional growth potential and listed as one of ten ‘one to watch’ companies in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100.
Union Coffee say sales have consistently risen year on year and during 2016 the company almost doubled its workforce and won The Best European Roaster for 2016 at the European Coffee Symposium for the third year running.
Expansion of Union’s East London roastery also took place this year and now includes a new training facility called Campus which offers barista courses and coffee roasting classes.
Co-founder Jeremy Torz said: “2016 has been another fantastic year for Union and it’s great our growth potential has been recognised by such a respected institution. These are exciting times for us and we are looking to continue our growth trajectory over the coming year and beyond.”
