We’re hosting a supper club and one-off masterclass in cheese…


The Guild of Fine Food’s London office and event space is hosting a supper club and food masterclass evening on Thursday 20thJune and we still have a few tickets left.

We are hosting a Grub Club Cambridge supper combined with an introduction to our Academy of Cheese training. 

The School of Fine Food’s dynamic duo and accredited Academy of Cheese trainers, Patrick McGuigan & Jilly Sitch will guide you through a 45-minute introduction to becoming a Master of Cheese. You will evaluate & taste a minimum of five cheeses, whilst at the same time matching them with a selection of hip liquid alternatives, for example, sake.

A mezze-style supper will include award-winning charcuterie from Tempus, cured by BBC Master Chef winner & Grand Master Charcutier of The Year Dhruv Baker who will be on hand to talk you through his methods of curing. 

Plus a cheese board to beat all cheese boards will be waiting for you to dive into. All drinks are included in your ticket price.

The evening will also present the opportunity to meet the producers from Two Birds Gin,Sourced Climate Change CoffeeChocca MoccaLoxley CiderSimply Seedz,Berry Gardens, Ben & Ella’s Bakery.

During the evening you will be able to learn from WBC about making the most of your customers journey to achieve the most enjoyable shopping experience and best basket value, to drive your sales. 

You will leave the evening bursting with curd knowledge and a special goodie bag, including a voucher to book a Master of Cheese Level One course and lots of new connections.

This supper club event begins at 6.30pm on Thursday 20 June at Guild of Fine Food, 42 Southwark Street, London, SE1 – a short walk from Borough Market.
