The World Cheese Market takes place on 2 November, alongside the world’s most important cheese awards, the World Cheese Awards, at the International Convention Centre Wales.

White Lake Cheese

White Lake’s home is set at Bagborough Farm – just near to the Glastonbury Festival site, in Pylle, Somerset. The milk they use to create their wonderful goat’s cheeses is provided by Roger’s own beloved herd.

Consorzio is a network of producers created in 2000 in Pegognaga, Mantua by some young parmesan cheese makers, dreaming of using technology to get their products known outside the traditional channels.

The Book and Bucket Cheese Company hand make award winning artisan cheese in the heart of Dorset from sheep and cow’s milk. All our milk is sourced locally, collected within 24hrs of being milked and is made into cheese that day.

The Fresh Flour company makes “Everyday products, brilliantly” to make the grain system work – for agricultural people.  They partner with organic farmers and pay them a decent amount for their grain so they can tend the soil and environment, without fear of survival.

Caseificio LaViaLattea is a small family-run artisan dairy that produces raw milk goat cheese without preservatives and thickeners. Here you will find over 100 varieties of different cheeses born from our inspiration and daily adapting the production to the type of milk, to enhance their specific characteristics.
