Yorvale Ice Cream

Fossfield Farm is home to what Yorvale says it York’s only real dairy ice cream, which together with a range of real fruit sorbets are made using traditional methods and natural ingredients. The producer's herd of dairy cows graze on grass and only ever produce milk for Yorvale, resulting in what it says is stress free, creamy milk which is pasteurised on the farm.
