A new business producing free range turkey bacon, based on a turkey farm in North Norfolk. The product is cured with sea salt, dark muscovado sugar and black pepper and smoked with beechwood chips. It is naturally low in fat and high in protein, and is inspired by the popularity of turkey bacon in the USA. The packaging is designed to contain around 75% less plastic than conventional packaging, is mostly cardboard and is recyclable and compostable.
