The Almenland Stollenkaese company is founded in February 2008 with the necessary know how . During the unique ripening process in the Franz-Leopold-Stollen tunnel of the former silver mine, nature paves its own path. In the Arzberger Silberstollen, embedded in the millions of years old rock at a depth of 100m, the cheese wheels ripen under exceptional conditions and at a constant temperature of 10° Celsius to create a unique product - the Almenland Stollen cheese with its incomparable aroma.
