British pasta made using locally milled British wheat flour following traditional artisan methods, learnt in Italy. Our authentic methods take two full days. We slowly dry our pasta overnight to allow flavour to develop as the dough matures. We use bronze for a rough surface for the perfect sauce cling - creating beautiful dishes of food. A sustainable approach, our striking paper bags are 100% recyclable and completely plastic free. We use Solar Energy and our products are vegan.
