Our story begins four generations ago with a flock of 150 sheep. Due to the passion and love towards this animal, we have today 8,000 manchega sheep and 8,000 lacaune sheep. We take care of the breeding, selection, care and feeding, through our feed factory and probiotic mixture plant. After all the knowledge acquired over so many years, we decided to close the cycle and transform our milk into cheese. We produce a cheese without additives, lysozymes, waxes or paints.
