Eleftheria Cheese is a micro creamery in my home town of Mumbai, India. I started this company in 2015 with the intention of making fresh, real, artisanal cheese in Mumbai as 90% of the cheeses available to us back then were either processed cheeses or generic aged imports. Being an urban creamery, we source our milk from our partner farm on the outskirts of Mumbai. We are known for our money bag style Burrata & Brunost
