Boyne Valley Cheese

Michael and Jenny Finegan run 250 milking goats on the family farm in Co. Meath, in the heart of the Boyne Valley. They grow the grass, milk the goats and then make the cheese all in one place. Making three cheeses, from a blue 'Boyne Valley Blue' to a tomme style white 'Boyne Valley Bán' , to a harder Manchego style 'Big Bán'.
