The Co-operative School is a dairy farm where people with physical and mental disabilities originally try to live by working on the farm. Nearly 90% of the milk produced on the farm is processed into cheese, which is the mainstay of their livelihood. The workshop values the fact that good quality cheese can be made from good quality raw milk and aims to produce good quality products while living in harmony with nature, both people and micro-organisms.
