La Quesería de María was born from the thought of María José Casillas to create a product with local roots and to transmit the value of the products of a lifetime. She began as an entrepreneur of a small project in the production of cheese, improving and enhancing each of the productions day by day. Today, La Quesería de María is made up of various professionals from all areas as well as partners who support us every day in our project.
