Laverstoke leads the way in Organic Farming methods in the UK. They prefer to use the term ‘farming with nature’ as they believe their methods go further than organics. The farm covers some 2,500 acres that are certified as Organic by the Soil Association. Laverstoke Park Farm specialises in producing buffalo mozzarella, Buffalomi, buffalo ice-cream, black pudding, sparkling wines and more!
