The dairy is located on the enchanting hills of Val d’Orcia on an area of two hundreds hectares, among olive trees, vineyards and pastures. These pastures constitute the natural food of the flocks and are famous for the quality of their herbs, which give the milk that delicate, unmistakable and pleasant flavour. The dairy has always been faithful to artisanal production respecting local characteristics and even today the milk from its own flock is transformed into various types of cheese.
