We have a range of miso pastes, soups and sauces. Find us in Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco, Whole Foods and Ocado; over 3000 stores across the UK, Australia and Europe. Our miso is authentically crafted in Japan in small batches and meticulously fermented in the Shincho region using snowmelt from the Central Japanese Alps. Our award-winning miso can be used as a spread, a sauce, a seasoning and even a preservative.
