Caseificio Ignalat is an Apulian medium family-run company present on the Italian cheese market since 1948 and specialised in producing cheeses made only with selected italian cow milk. Ignalat produces different kind of cheeses, with a focus on fresh and italian specialty cheese as burrata, naturally smoked burrata, frayed burrata (e.g. with black Italian truffle or basil), mozzarella knot, fiordilatte and treccia, stracciatella, caciocavallo, provolone and a fresh line of free from lactose.
