Caseificio Ignalat is an Apulian medium family-run company present on the Italian cheese market since 1948 and focused on a manual production of fresh cheeses using only selected italian cow milk.
Ignalat produces different kind of cheeses, with a focus on fresh and italian specialty cheese as burrata, smoked burrata, frayed burrata (eg. with black truffle or basil), mozzarella knot or fiordilatte, stracciatella, cacoiotta, caciocavallo, provolone and a fresh line of free from lactose.
