FARMSTEAD Our Gouda is made with fresh milk from the cows on our farm in Thorp, WI.
RAW MILK We do not pasteurize or process our Gouda. Instead, we age it for at least 60 days to be as fresh and clean as possible.
HANDCRAFTED Marieke® celebrates her heritage by bringing traditional Dutch cheesemaking to Wisconsin.
