We make a completely handmade product, based on sheep's milk from cattle in the area, maintaining the use of rennet of plant origin and natural curing, thereby minimizing the impact on the environment as much as possible. Our suppliers are from rural areas, like us, because we believe that it is the best and only way to combat depopulation, which, in our land, in the Teruel Mining Basins, is especially intense.
