We are a small but rapidly growing meadery and honey beer brewery based in South Wales. Founded by two beekeeping brothers, Matt and Kit are rapidly changing the perceptions of mead with their modern sparkling varieties and their more traditional wine-style meads made with honey from their own bees in the Wye Valley.
