Jukes was launched by award-winning wine writer Matthew Jukes and Jack Hollihan in late 2019. Throughout his career, Matthew has never found an elegant, non-alcoholic drink that is genuinely satisfying and also food-friendly, so he decided to make his own. Handmade in Battersea, these drinks shows exquisite aromas as well as uncommon texture, flavour and richness on the palate. Based on organic apple cider vinegar and low calories they are both wellbeing and gastronomic-focused.
