At Salt of the Earth Smokery we produce charcuterie, smoked fish, cheeses & meats, a variety of vegan ferments, as well as salt & spice blends. We are a company born of a shared love of food and great produce. We aim to bring artisanal, traditionally made products to the wider market and hopefully share our love for craft with our audience. Salt is the principle ingredient in curing and preserving and we aim to preserve the past through traditional production methods.
