We are a husband and wife duo, unique in that we produce our own premium artisan chorizos from home.Unique because we are not farmers & don't have our own pigs! Unique because my husband is Spanish & our recipes are as he remembers making chorizos in his village. We are both passionate about good quality, local ingredients which we use as much as possible (our paprika is Spanish as it's the best!) to produce fabulous foods like our chorizos.
