The distiller behind the gin, Godwin Baron, has lived along the coast of Essex for many years, now retired. Having worked most of his life in business, retail and commerce, he set to work creating a distinctive product that represents his beloved county. After becoming a certified distiller, Baron set up parent company 3Amigos Artisan Spirits.
