Thera Trust t/a Unity Pies

They are made by our Unity Works trainees and apprentices who are all adults with learning disabilities. Unity Works is a London based social enterprise with 5 cafes across London. When lock-down hit, like many hospitality businesses we needed to think about how to keep serving food and critically how to continue to train our apprentices. The trainees who have become known at ‘Team Pie’ came up with the idea of a range of Pies, they chose the recipes and the range.
