We've farmed for nearly 50 years, but it took Covid to get us to launch our own product range! We are a family-run farm producing exceptional quality Steelhead Trout which we farm sustainably in remote Scottish sea lochs. It's an under-represented fish and we are passionate it - the quality is amazing, it smokes beautifully and we always give the highest welfare to our fish and our environment.
