My vife Marianne and i have a milkingcows farm (100 cows) In 2007 we decidet to make a farmdairy, so we could make cheese of the milk, the cows give. We vant to make differens cheese, becourse others dairys make the same kinds cheese, and all farmers drive the milk to a dairy, and after this farmers not think more about, what happend with the milk. Our milk we pump under the ground from stable in to the dairy, we pasteurise the milk and keep the ruuls, as all otheres dairy do.
