SOHO Creamery is a leading artisanal heritage ice cream business, that has been using the same authentic recipe for five generations. They pick the finest, natural ingredients from local farmers, do their own farming for goat milk and Salep to create their unique ice cream, which we call “Dondurma”. Their premium ice cream is made using Salep, from locally farmed wild orchids in their fields, that was used in ice cream recipes in Mesopotamia thousands of years ago.
