Fiona searched everywhere for granola with a high nut and seed content, using organic, gluten free oats and only lightly sweetened (without refined sugar) and this led her to making her own. Popular with family and friends she quickly began to take orders and so that’s how SunBirDKitcHeN started! Fiona’s granola is made in small batches, baked slowly and turned often to get that golden glow and crunchy texture. Sold online and at local farmers markets.
