DODGER was set up with the aim of using mostly the fruit grown in a lovely old walled garden in East Lothian that would otherwise go to waste or purely feed the birds. The ingredients are therefore as locally sourced as possible, with the exception of seasonal ingredients from top producers to fill the gaps
