Ed Baker is a new artisan bakery in South East London.
The bakery specialises in a range of regular and exotic sourdough loaves. Their quiche and pastry selections are inspired by British, French and Lebanese heritage food. The bakery also produces a range of desserts. Some are the classic type bakes while others are high-end.
Their vegan range is increasing month over month and they are keen on balancing their offering to cater to the meat lovers, the vegetarians and the vegans, equally.
