Spring Brook Farm Cheese has been producing award-winning cheese made from high-quality, raw jersey cow milk since 2008. Our origins began with the Farms For City Kids Foundation at Spring Brook Farm in Reading, Vermont, and we now partner with two additional small family dairies. We are committed to honoring traditional cheese-making methods to produce Tarentaise, Reading, and Ashbrook.
