Ambry produces award-winning free range turkey bacon on a turkey farm in North Norfolk. The product is cured with sea salt, dark muscovado sugar and black pepper and smoked with beechwood chips. It is naturally low fat, high protein and full of flavour. The card based packaging is designed to contain around 75% less plastic than conventional packaging.
