Early Bird was designed in 2020 by two lovers of coffee and challenge. The small artisanal roastery is nestled in the bustling Les Halles of the Beauvau-Aligre market in central Paris. It promotes fresh roasts, grands crus coffees and specialities coffees but above all a commitment, supporting farmers and their sustainable and innovative methods. Each terroir has different roasting recipe. Joseph and Candyce will welcome you with open arms and take you to a coffee experience.
