Award-winning, signature sauces and wind-dried meats from a Chinese heritage food brand, descended from a Michelin-starred legacy. Our family culinary history runs deep. My father comes from a long line of chefs. The first Poon’s restaurant in London was founded in 1973. In 1980, my father became the first Chinese chef to be awarded a Michelin star. We endeavour to honour the legacy of our heritage in all we develop and produce.
