We make delicious and nutritious bottled gourmet mushroom foods. We also make a small range of shiitake jerky flavoured snacks. Our products are highly unusual (if not unique) and use only vegan/vegetarian ingredients. Our marinated king oyster mushroom antipasti comes in two forms: 1. Spanish EVO, and 2. Italian EVO plus black truffle oil. Both make taste buds zing with with oregano and lemon. Our spicy oyster mushroom curry pickle is very popular and complements any curry or cheese.
