A small family diary at the edge of Western Norway.
We produce cheese using milk from our own farm. The cows are Norwegian Red.
Our fields are large and flat near the ocean. This mineraly teroir is perfect to gras production. The landscape was created from the Glacier, and our ancestors had to work hard to clear land. That is why we have so many stone gardens by the fields.
All the minerals from the Glacier and the salt from the North sea gives a salty caracter to our milk and cheese.
