draw a destination This is how, in the beginning, two friends began to trace what is today the history of Vega Sotuélamos, which began in the 80s in the district of El Bonillo.
A small artisanal cheese factory took its name from this district, Sotuélamos, of which the two friends were loyal consumer customers.
