We are a bean to bar craft chocolate maker that started with single origin two ingredient chocolate. Our meticulous production process allows us to create the smoothest chocolate without additional vanilla, cocoa butter or other emulsifiers in hopes of capturing and highlighting the subtle flavor nuances in the cacao we source from around the world.
