Since 1955 the Di Ciommo family has owned the Posticchia Sabelli farm, but for over a century it has been carrying out dairy cattle breeding and processing and marketing of dairy products deriving from it.
The company is located in Basilicata, in the middle Ofanto valley, a river that, born in Campania and then flowing into the Adriatic Sea on the Apulian coast, delimits the region boundary between Basilicata and Puglia for part of its course, where it borders the company boundaries .
