A Scottish kombucha brewery founded in 2016, dedicated to crafting authentic kombucha using the finest ingredients. Drawing from beer brewing, we sought to create a healthier alternative to alcoholic drinks. Our products prioritise high-quality, craft-brewed, ethically sourced tea, allowing the natural flavours to shine through. When brewing kombucha, we only add three things (tea leaves, sugar, and water) to our natural fermentation culture which imparts lots of healthy bacteria and acids.
